Like the mythic Sasquatch or Loch Ness monster, stories abound in my little California town of the Cool Bus, a renovated short bus filled with roving hipsters. As Team Randazzo pulled onto the freeway this afternoon, my daughter shouted from the backseat, “Mom, there it is!”
Sure enough, just five car lengths away, appeared my white whale. Well, yellowish whale, but whatever.
With hubby on the camera phone and my foot on the accelerator, we captured photographic evidence of its existence.
What does any of this have to do with being a good English teacher? Absolutely nothing. But this is my blog and the Cool Bus will always have a home here.
