How about a lesson idea you can use when faced with entertaining your gaggle of nieces and nephews this week? Let’s borrow a plan from my friends in the P.E. department:
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Cool idea! The Holiday Spirit in me wants to pass your video along to my P.E. teachers, but a part of me wants to keep this idea and somehow use it for L.A. stations next year. 🙂 Have a great Thanksgiving!
I know, Michelle. It’s cute, right? When I saw my freshies, I was like, “Why didn’t I think of that?” Simple, cheap, fun – my kind of lesson.
I’m going to share this with my son who teaches middle school PE. I’m also going to file this away for next year. Maybe our freshman floor could have tasks per class leading to treats! Enjoy your break! I slept until 9:31!
Great, mstee1220! So glad you like the idea, too. And 9:31? Nice… 🙂
Great idea! I would love to use this right before winter break. Maybe use each finger for a reindeer with Rudolph and Santa making up the last two? Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure, Nancy! Glad this might work for your classes, too.
Hi Laura 🙂 I love everything you do for education. I am an English teacher as well. My district has initiated a 20 Day Twitter Challenge at #SCSDPD, and I have posted twice about you… Today was best blog or article to share with others. Of course, my favorite blog is laurarandazzo.com 🙂 Thanks for all you do! @TSSAVVYSANCHEZ
Ah, thanks for the Twitter-love, Tanya! I’m flattered. *blushing*
