Hi Laura, I just found out last week that I’m teaching junior English (in addition to my 6th and 8th graders–small school). Thank goodness I found your materials on TpT and watched this video and found your blog! You have positive energy and give me HOPE to survive this year and beyond!! When you announce the people who will move onto round 2, is it still with the numbers or do you reveal names?
Great question, Julie! For both of the big reveals, I use the students’ names and there’s always much celebration/applause in the room. 🙂
