I’ve been so busy being a good mom and building my kid’s Halloween costume (We finally finished her cloak and shield this weekend. An 11-year-old girl who wants to be a Spartan warrior? Yeah, I can work with that.) that I neglected by own, only to realize that Halloween is TOMORROW! Ack! What to do? Time to pull out one of those old bridesmaid’s dresses from the back of the closet, add a few accessories, and – bam! – I’m going to school tomorrow as a Formal Apology. (Thanks, Pinterest, for having my back.)
For treats at school, I’m going to hand out some Tearable Puns as my students arrive each class period, which will certainly add a different kind of “boo” to my classroom festivities.
